networkPolicy(...lists)
Returns { mode: 'custom', allowedHosts }, the hosts of lists checked, in lower case, each once and sorted: the networkPolicy of a sandbox, or of setNetworkPolicy(). allowedHosts(...lists) returns the same list alone, and both throw an InvalidHostError for a host isAllowedHost() refuses.
