Creates a sandbox on this host, behind srt, and returns an SrtNetworkSandboxSession on it. Besides the settings below, it takes sandboxId, template and abortSignal.

Reattaches to an existing sandbox. Besides the settings below, it takes sandboxId (required) and abortSignal. Throws SrtSandboxNotFoundError when no sandbox has that id.
