createCloudRunNetworkSandboxSession(options)
Creates a Cloud Run sandbox through the sandbox service and returns a CloudRunNetworkSandboxSession on it. Besides the settings below, it takes sandboxId, template and abortSignal.

resumeCloudRunNetworkSandboxSession(options)
Reattaches to a running sandbox, or restores a suspended one from its snapshot. Besides the settings below, it takes sandboxId (required) and abortSignal. Throws CloudRunSandboxNotFoundError when no sandbox has that name.
