Creates a Docker Sandbox and returns an SbxNetworkSandboxSession on it. Besides the settings below, it takes sandboxId, template and abortSignal.

Reattaches to an existing sandbox. Besides the settings below, it takes sandboxId (required) and abortSignal. Throws SbxSandboxNotFoundError when no sandbox has that name.
